 Why Join AAP? Minimize

   We are all patients or potential patients faced with a badly broken health care system.  Yet no single organization speaks for us as patients.  As our country’s current health care debate unfolds it is elementary that patients and their best interests be at the center of all health care reform.  By joining into a single, strong national organization, we can assure that our common interests are represented and our concerns heard, so that together we can create a health care system to truly serve our needs as patients. Membership is free.

 American Health Stories Minimize

   Everyone has a health care story. We encourage you to post yours at American Health Stories; just click on the link above. Your story will help AAP formulate its pro-patient policies and national advocacy agenda. Through American Health Stories, AAP seeks to create the “Voice of the American Patient.” 

   Our website’s forum also offers members an opportunity to share their experiences navigating the health care system and offer peer-to-peer advice to others facing similar situations.
